1. What did you do this past week?

This past week has gone by pretty fast for me. I am glad I registered for some classes that I wanted for this Summer to graduate. For this class, I am getting some work done on Project #5 and looking forward to finishing it early.

2. What’s in your way?

Nothing big is in my way as of right now. However, as the end of the semester is close by, I need to make a plan to work on finding a full-time job the next fall.

3. What will you do next week?

For this class, I will finish project #5 as soon as possible because I have to work on a final project and study for a final exam for other classes in the following week. In addition, I will focus on paying attention in class, and hopefully, I will be able to complete the exercises.

4. What did you think of Paper 13. What Happens to Us Does Not Happen to Most of You?

I have a chance to read this paper before this class and it was really eyes opening to read those true stories. I’m glad professor Dowing include this paper because we as future employee/employer needs to be aware of gender equality in this industry.

5. What was your experience with r-value references, move constructor, and move assignment?

The r-value references make sense since we have learned about them at the beginning of the class. Move constructor and move assignment are still a little confusing to me so I will have to review the notes from the class lecture.

6. What made you happy this week?

I went to Pizza Press with my friend and they have a $15 deal for 2 pizzas every Tuesday. The Pizzas were great because you can put unlimited toppings. Definitely recommended and I will return in the near future.

7. What’s your pick-of-the-week or tip-of-the-week?

My tip-of-the-week is I just found out there’s a hot tub at Gregory Gym that anyone can use. I planning to come to visit with my friend next week because I wanted to get my money's worth in my limited time at UT :).

Thank you for reading!
